UprightAfter fridge sheet on a real refrigerator — Level 1 Rebuild weekly workout
fewer than half
of people fully follow their prescribed home exercises after physical therapy
Petrosyan et al., J Back Musculoskelet Rehabil., 2024 [1]

The exercises stop.
The decline resumes.

Physical therapy gives you the tools. But the moment you’re discharged, the structure disappears. No schedule. No progression. No one checking in.

Most people don’t stop because they’re lazy. They stop because there’s nothing left to follow. UprightAfter is built to be that structure.

Designed for people who know
they should be doing their exercises.

01
Print Your Fridge Sheet

Each week a new sheet arrives. Print it, put it on your fridge. Your three workouts for the week — Monday, Wednesday, Friday — are right there every time you walk past.

02
Practice Your 3 Sessions

15 minutes per session. No equipment. No gym. Every exercise is written in plain language with a modification if something feels too hard.

03
Advance Through 12 Levels

Complete 4 weeks to earn your identity milestone and advance. Each level has a name that describes who you’re becoming — not just what you’re doing.

Why UprightAfter
Built for the moment
healthcare stops watching.
The Fridge Sheet

A printed weekly sheet on your fridge is a physical commitment. It’s visible every time you walk past. No app to open. No password to remember.

Zero Decision Fatigue

One sheet. Three workouts. Everything you need is already decided. The cognitive load of “what should I do today” is completely removed.

Deterministic Progression

12 levels. No skipping. The integrity of the system is what makes Level 12 graduation meaningful. A belt you didn’t earn means nothing.

Built for Home

No equipment. No gym membership. Every exercise uses a chair, a counter, or nothing at all. Designed for real kitchens and real living rooms.

Plain Language Only

“Slowly lower your hips like you’re about to sit down” — not “perform eccentric gluteal activation.” Every description passes a plain-English test.

Identity, Not Recovery

Recovery ends. Identity doesn't. Each level name describes who you're becoming — not what you're doing this week. The program is built around a simple idea: who you are is harder to give up than what you do.

Quick answers before you start.

What happens if I miss a week?
Nothing is lost. A fresh sheet arrives in your inbox every Monday, automatically — there’s nothing to “catch up” on and nothing to unlock. If a week gets away from you, just start fresh with the current week when you’re ready. Your level and progress are always preserved. Consistency matters more than perfection.
Can I pause my membership for illness or travel?
Yes. From your account page, click “Pause My Program.” Your level and progress are preserved exactly where you are, and you resume right where you left off. One thing to know: a pause holds your progression, not your billing — staying active is what keeps your founding rate locked. If you need to stop billing entirely you can cancel anytime, though cancelling releases the founding rate.
Is this the same as physical therapy?
No. UprightAfter is a self-directed movement continuity program — not physical therapy, medical care, or clinical oversight. It’s designed for adults who have already completed physical therapy and want a structured system to maintain their progress independently.
Do I need any equipment?
No equipment needed. Every exercise in the program uses a sturdy chair, a kitchen counter, or nothing at all. The program is designed for real homes — not gyms.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel anytime with no penalty from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
I don’t have a printer — can I still use UprightAfter?
Yes. Every weekly lesson is also available as a digital page in your member portal — fully readable on a tablet, phone, or computer. The printed fridge sheet is the recommended experience, but the digital version works just as well.
I’m purchasing this for a family member — how does that work?
Simply use their email address at registration and complete checkout. They’ll receive login credentials directly. If you need help setting it up, contact us through the Support page. Buying for a parent? See our guide for families →
Do I get anything when I complete a level?
Yes. At the end of every level you receive a personalized certificate with your name, your level, and the identity statement you've been working toward. Download it, print it, put it somewhere you'll see it. 12 levels, 12 certificates.
UprightAfter is a self-directed movement continuity program — not physical therapy, medical advice, or clinical care. Always consult your physician or physical therapist before beginning any exercise program.
