UprightAfter (“we”, “our”, or “us”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting your personal information.

When you register for UprightAfter, we may collect:

• Name and email address
• Account login credentials
• Payment information (processed securely by Stripe — we do not store your credit card information)
• Basic usage information related to your interaction with the platform
• Safety Gate readiness responses submitted at 4-week intervals, including self-reported pain status, fall history, and provider instruction flags. This data is used solely to determine program progression eligibility and is stored securely in Supabase. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for clinical diagnosis.

At the end of each 4-week program level, UprightAfter collects self-reported readiness data through the Safety Gate assessment. This includes self-reported pain status, fall history, and any provider instructions to reduce activity. This data is used solely to determine program progression eligibility. It is stored securely in Supabase with row-level security enabled. It is never sold, shared with third parties, or used for clinical diagnosis. It is not a clinical evaluation and does not constitute a medical record.

We use your information to:

• Provide access to the UprightAfter platform
• Process subscription payments
• Communicate important account and service information
• Send program-related emails such as level completion notifications and weekly reminders
• Improve the platform and member experience

Payments are securely processed by Stripe. UprightAfter does not store your full credit card information. Stripe’s privacy policy governs the handling of your payment data.

We use secure hosting, encryption, and industry-standard safeguards to protect your data. Our platform is hosted on Vercel with data stored securely in Supabase, both of which maintain enterprise-level security standards.

We do not sell or rent your personal information to anyone, ever.

We may share information with trusted service providers solely to operate the platform, including:

• Database & authentication — Supabase
• Automation — Make
• Email communications — ActiveCampaign

You may request deletion of your account and personal information at any time. To do so, contact us through our support form and we will process your request within 10 business days.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. Continued use of the platform after changes are posted indicates acceptance of the updated policy.
